I’m Eric Johnson—part systems thinker, part people builder. My background spans over two decades in high-stakes, hands-on environments—places where things either work or they don’t. I’ve wired up platforms in the Gulf, helped steer global R&D projects, and learned the difference between noise and what actually matters.

I believe that the greatest work we can do is to understand ourselves—so we can better serve others. After years of optimizing industrial systems, I’ve come to see that the most powerful system to steward is the human one.
This isn’t about changing careers. It’s about owning the arc of a life that’s always been about growth, connection, and showing up well—for myself and for others.
I don’t just enjoy solving problems—I like making sense of what’s underneath them. My background in automation and systems taught me how to think clearly under pressure, and now I use that same lens to help people get unstuck and build forward.
Whether I was working offshore or in a boardroom, I’ve learned that people remember how you make them feel. Listening, clarity, and follow-through aren’t extras—they’re the work. That mindset guides every team I’ve led and every conversation I value.
I’m a servant leader at heart. Everything I’ve been through—professionally and personally—has shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for others. Lived experience has been my most honest teacher, and it continues to guide where I go and who I serve.
